Intentional breath work is a powerful healer. When anxiety arises, breathing becomes shallow. When fear enters, the body becomes tight. Join this virtual workshop to learn how to breathe with intention and breathe through your stress. We will be covering effective breathing techniques and the anatomy of breathing that will help the mind, body and spirit to heal. You will be empowered to work through anxiety, stress and negative self-talk after this one hour virtual session.
