You will need a computer or smart phone to view the lecture videos and record your teaching videos each month.
Its mandatory to stay current with the assigned materials in mastering the course. Its expected that life happens, and so its expected that things may come up that may interfere with your progress. For this reason, an additional 60 - day grace period is allotted for those who need to slow the pace of the training. Even if you aren't able to complete the course work each day you are expected to meditate each day and you will need to set aside time each week to keep a steady pace so you don't fall too far behind. Your daily schedule is quite flexible to fit your needs. You will need to dedicate 1-2 hours per day to include meditation, reading, watching talks, and completing assignments. Each month you will need to upload a video of yourself teaching the technique and demonstrating what you have learnt that month. The teaching videos don’t need to be word perfect, simply demonstrate that you have a good understanding of the materials and you can teach the technique.
