I invite you to reflect on a moment in which these three words - I Love You - were spoken to you. What thoughts come to mind now when you reflect on these three words? I Love You. Express in three words how your thoughts made you feel. Connect with each of these three words as you write them down while using your imaginative powers to place yourself in the midst of a healing triangle. Set your intention of unconditional and abundant love and what that feels like for you.
Take three deep breaths in through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Close your eyes and continue to use the power of your imagination to place a bright golden light at your heart space. With your mind, witness the intensity of this light growing brighter and warmly embracing you from each angle of this triangle with your 3 three words. Relax in the moment and enjoy the embrace. Then, open your eyes and write out how safe and loved that made you feel. Now put yourself in front of a mirror and repeat 3 times, I Love You. By virtue of your extrasensory faculties, identify with these 3 words, because this is the ultimate gift we give to ourselves that no one should be given the power to influence or remove.
Here are my 3 words - ❤ Empowered ❤ Acknowledged ❤ Resilient.
